the location was acceptable, close to key attractions.

The noise isolation was terrible. i could hear every sound from other guests, including loud noises from the bathroom and hallway. the lack of a mini fridge was also inconvenient. I expected a small fridge to keep drinks cold. the staff wasn't friendly.

I found the location to be quite convenient. It is near the Atocha train station. Prado museum is also very close. Luggage storage was available for my convenience.

The room i had was unbelievably small and it felt quite bare. there wasn't even a mini fridge! the wifi was spotty and i definitely wouldn't trust it with anything important. also you have to give them the key every time you leave. It seemed like they were controlling when i could go in and out.
