mixed experience, some issues with noise and amenities

terrible noise isolation unfriendly staff

the location was acceptable, close to key attractions.

The noise isolation was terrible. i could hear every sound from other guests, including loud noises from the bathroom and hallway. the lack of a mini fridge was also inconvenient. I expected a small fridge to keep drinks cold. the staff wasn't friendly.

Excellent Value Close to Atocha

convenient location train station luggage storage

I found the location to be quite convenient. It is near the Atocha train station. Prado museum is also very close. Luggage storage was available for my convenience.

small room spotty wifi

The room i had was unbelievably small and it felt quite bare. there wasn't even a mini fridge! the wifi was spotty and i definitely wouldn't trust it with anything important. also you have to give them the key every time you leave. It was like they were controlling when i could go in and out.
